Alejandro E. AlvarezAlejandro E. Alvarez joined E.F. Alvarez & Company in 2001 as the director of marketing and operations.
In his role, Alejandro is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, its personnel, and financial affairs. He also assigns organization and staff positions to accomplish the business objectives and is also in charge of human resources. Alejandro plans and coordinates the firm’s annual retreat.
In addition, Alejandro drives the growth of the business by building the firm’s brand. He develops and executes comprehensive marketing and business development strategies that align with the firm’s long term goal of maintaining its reputation in the construction accounting industry.
Alejandro is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and frequently attends seminars and conferences held by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Construction Industry CPAs/Consultants Association (CICPAC).
